1. Pull head and tentacles apart.
2. Empty the body of the squid by squeezing it with your fingers.
3. Pullout the cartilage, dispose of it.
4. Peel off the outer veiling of the body, it peels of easily.
5. Tentacles must have the eyes removed.
6. Dip the tentacles in and out of boiling water for a minute, then peel
off the veiling (the skin) and the cups.
7. Rinse the bodies and tentacles in cold running water.
8. The squid is now ready to cook.
