This group contains the large Pacific Species which can weigh up to 3 pounds. This variety is found from the Aleutians to Chile where they are called Pico. Washington and Oregon State utilize this species but over all it is under utilized. The preferable preparation is Steamed with butter. Marketed; Fresh and canned
