Amount Measure Ingredients 
2 4 pound  boneless pork rib-end roast
1–2  tablespoons  garlic pepper
1–2  teaspoons  rosemary, crushed
 
Preparation

Cut roast with seasoning mixture of garlic pepper and rosemary. Roast in a shallow pan at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, until meat thermometer registers 155 degrees F. Let roast rest 5 to 10 minutes before carving.
