Preparation: Sauté celery, onion and green pepper until tender in melted oleo in a heavy skillet. Dissolve chicken cubes in hot water, pour over bread crumbs which have been combined in a large bowl. Add celery, onion and green pepper. Brown sausage in a heavy skillet then add to the bread crumbs. Add seasoning, eggs and pecans then mix well. Bake for 30 minutes at 360°. |
