Mousse Mold Filling

Amount	Measure	Ingredient
1/4	pound	Shiitake mushrooms, chopped
1	ea	Leek, chopped, white only
1/2	cup	Butter
	to taste	Salt and pepper
Sauté the mushrooms and leeks in the butter. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool. Fill mold almost half, then pour in carrot mixture. Chill
