0.875 ounces Cake Flour
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
2 1/4 ounces Whole Egg
2 ounces Granulated Sugar
 
1. Sift cake flour and spices together.
2. Whip egg and sugar together.
3. Fold in flour and spices.
4. Spread on greased baking sheet and bake (350°F).
