Orange Coast College 2000-2001 Hot food Team
Sarah Chadwick in her second year at Orange Coast College in the culinary arts program. She plans to complete the advanced culinary Arts curriculum and transfer to a four year university to earn her Bachelor Degree in Restaurant Management. Sarah's eventual goal is to own her own restaurant.
Cheryl Helm, a student at Orange Coast College working on her Advanced Culinary Certificate as well as her associate of Arts. She is very excited to be on this year's Hot food team. She is currently working at Charlie's Chili as a food server. Cheryl plans to continue her education and eventually work as a cook.
Kasey Korpash, a student at Orange Coast College, Kasey plans to earn her Advanced Culinary Degree. She then will transfer to a University to complete her degree in Restaurant Management. After graduating and further field experience, Kasey hopes to open her own restaurant. Currently, Kasey is working as a food server at the Cheesecake Factory.
Sue Lester, the pastry Cook at Taps fishhouse and Brewery in Brea California. She has been attending Orange Coast College for three semesters now and will Finish in spring of 2001. Upon graduation she will continue to work as a pastry cook.
Abbe Rich, team captain and this is her second year on the team. She will graduate this December with her Advanced Culinary Certificate, after already earning her Associates of Aits. Abbe is currently working as a pastry cook at the Robert Mondavi Food and Wine Center in Costa Mesa.
