Lime and Ginger Infusion

Amount Measure Ingredients
2 each Limes, Zested
1 ounce Fresh Ginger, Peeled, Chunks
4 ounces Water
8 ounces Granulated Sugar
 
1. Whisk together water and sugar, add zest and ginger.
2. Bring to a boil, reduce.
3. Remove ginger and chill.
