Amount  Measure  Ingredient
1 ounce Butter, softened
ounce  powdered sugar
ounce  Cake flour
drop  Vanilla extract
large  Egg white
each  Pistachios, crushed
     
Preparation:
Cream butter with powdered sugar. Add cake flour and mix well, add vanilla and egg whites.
Mix thoroughly. Spread tulip mixture on stencil, making four servings. Sprinkle with
pistachios and bake at 325 degrees for 3-5 minutes.
