Amount Measure Ingredient
each Egg Yolk 
tsp. Sugar 
1/4 cup Cream, heavy 
1/8  cup Milk, low-fat 
1/4 each Vanilla Stick 
 
Method:
Temper heated milk and cream into egg yolks and sugar mixture. Return to double boiler and cook to pudding-like consistency. Add remaining ingredients to base mixture. Chill thoroughly and place in squeeze bottle for service.
