Method: Temper heated milk and cream into egg yolks and sugar mixture. Return to double boiler and cook to pudding-like consistency. Add remaining ingredients to base mixture. Chill thoroughly and place in squeeze bottle for service. Finished with Vanilla and Cranberry Sauce Swirls |
