Amount Measure Ingredient
5 oz Garlic cloves, sliced
1 cup Olive oil
1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 qt Red Bell Peppers, roasted, large dice
12  oz California Ripe Olives
4 oz Cheese, parmesan
 

1.  Cook garlic in oil over low heat until soft and slightly caramelized, about 10 minutes.  Stir in the salt and pepper and allow to stand for about an hour.
2.  Steam Garlic
3.  Remove garlic from oil with slotted spoon, set aside.  Heat oil, add broccoli and cook on high several minutes.  Add peppers, olives and reserved garlic.  Cook until peppers are heated through.  Serve with shavings of parmesan or crumpled feta cheese
