Tex-Mex Chops

Amount Measure Ingredients 
ea top loin pork chops
1 1/2  c.  salsa
 
Preparation
Season chops with salt and pepper; brown on one side in non-stick skillet; turn chops and add salsa to skillet; bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 8 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
