Lemon juice | 2 ounces | 1 deciliter |
Brandy | 2 tablespoons | 50 milliliters |

Stir whole butter until smooth, without melting it | ||||
Add ingredients except lobster and brandy and mix until evenly blended | ||||
Sauté lobster and add brandy fold into butter | ||||
